Bottles that get ordered after the kitchen closes and the group is still going.
This is the shortest list on the site on purpose. After about 10pm nobody is browsing an aisle — they know roughly what they want and they want it at the door before the mood breaks. What you see here is simply what our drivers carry most in that window: cognac, agave and rye, plus the mix that goes with them.

Bottles from the rest of the shelf that people add to orders like this one.
For four to six people already a few drinks in, one 750 mL bottle plus two litres of mix is the usual order and it lands about right. Add a second bottle rather than a bigger one if the group is split between spirits — half a bottle of the wrong thing gets left behind every time.
Cognac VS is the single most ordered late-night bottle we sell, because it drinks neat and mixes without argument. Reposado tequila is the other half of the market and suits a room that wants shots without the burn of a blanco. If the group is winding down rather than winding up, a rye and ginger is the easier pour.
Late orders are the ones most likely to hit an ID check at the door. Whoever answers has to be 19+ with government photo ID, sober enough to receive it, and that is not something support can wave through after the fact.
Ordering stays open past midnight in our core areas. The delivery window on the checkout page is live, so if it shows a time, that time is real for your address right now.
Yes — it is the most common thing people forget and the most annoying to go out for. Soda, ginger ale and juice are on the same order and add nothing to the drive time.
