Eligibility
You must be 19 or older to order, and the person receiving the order must present valid government-issued photo ID at delivery.
Ordering
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted once dispatch in your area confirms stock. Prices, availability and delivery fees vary by market and are shown before payment.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Traffic, weather and event closures affect timing. We deliver only to addresses inside a served area.
Refusals
A driver may refuse a delivery where ID is missing, invalid or mismatched, where the recipient appears intoxicated, or where completing the delivery would be unsafe or unlawful. Refused orders may be subject to a return fee.
Refunds
Damaged or incorrect items are refunded or replaced. Sealed alcohol that has been delivered correctly cannot be returned for resale.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order, to the extent permitted by law.
