BottlesNow

Frequently asked questions

How does BottlesNow delivery work?

You set your delivery area, add bottles to your cart and check out. The order is picked from stock near you and a local driver brings it to your door.

What ID do I need?

Government-issued photo identification showing you are 19 or older — a driver's licence, passport, or provincial photo card. The person receiving the order must present it themselves.

Which cities do you deliver to?

Toronto, Brampton, Mississauga, Vaughan, Markham, Oakville, Hamilton and Milton. Each has its own delivery-area page with coverage details.

How fast is delivery?

It depends on your address, the day and the time. Rather than advertise a number we can't hold, we show the live estimate for your city at checkout.

Can I order late at night?

Ordering follows local store hours, which run later in Toronto than in the outer suburbs. Your cart shows the cutoff for your area.

How do I pay?

Payment is taken online once dispatch in your area confirms your order. Drivers do not handle cash or card at the door.

What happens if my ID can't be verified?

The delivery cannot be completed and the order returns with the driver. This applies without exception, including when someone else at the address has ID.

Can someone else accept my order?

Only if they are 19+ and show their own valid photo ID. We cannot leave alcohol with a concierge, a neighbour, or at an unattended door.

Can I send a bottle to someone else?

Yes. Enter their name, phone number and address at checkout. They will need to be present with ID when the driver arrives.

Is there a minimum order?

Any minimum and any delivery fee for your address appear in the cart before you pay. Nothing is added afterwards.
