Ordering

You pick your bottles, confirm the delivery city, and place the order. Stock is held near the areas we serve rather than in one central warehouse, which is the entire reason the drive is short — a Scarborough order does not start downtown.

Average door-to-door time is about 30 minutes. Peak Friday and Saturday nights run longer, and weather stretches everything.

Paying

Payment is by Interac e-Transfer. You send the transfer and confirm the sender name so the payment can be matched to your order — that name is the only thing tying the transfer to the delivery, so it needs to be right.

Orders are confirmed once payment is matched, and dispatch runs from there.

At the door

Government-issued photo ID is checked on every delivery, no exceptions and no override from support. The person receiving the order must be 19 or older and must not be visibly intoxicated. A failed check means the order goes back with the driver.

Have the ID out before the knock. It is the single fastest way to keep the handoff short, and in a condo it saves the driver a second trip through the lobby.

What slows things down

Condo buzzer codes that do not work, unit numbers left off the order, and phones on silent are the three things that turn a 25-minute delivery into a 45-minute one. Gated communities in Vaughan and Richmond Hill and downtown loading-dock access in Toronto are the usual culprits.

If you are ordering for a group, order once rather than in pieces. One trip is faster than three, and it keeps everything arriving cold together.
